Does anyone have experience using the mix-mode Primesep (www.allsep.com) HPLC Columns. Are they stable, reproducible, etc.? Pros/Cons? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have only purchased one of their columns, so I can't comment on batch to batch reproducibility. I will tell you that this column has worked very well for my current application. I was unable to achieve any type of resolution w/ standard columns.
So to that end, I think it is worth a try.
