Hello every one
I'm here now to ask any one who have same problem or a good experience to help me
I'm working at research company which moved to new building , and this moving required doing IQ/OQ to all instuments including the LC-MS/MS API 5000
after the IQ/OQ is ended with acceptable results, ineed to work on some old methods that were developed before but i didn't get any results (no peaks) , although these methods are agood validated methods , I ask the engineer who said to me that i must retune and reoptimize my products..
I start re tune and optimization by doing Q1-scan the intensity in the Q1 go up and down
and when i do quantitative optimization i get astrange results for the Q1, Q3 which differ from the old methods and from those in the literatures ,which are not logic!!
I try same method in another LC-MS/MS API4000 and give me good results without retune although i do all the project at the API 5000
what the cause of this problem please!!!!!!!!!
