How it is calibrated with EO and ECH standard (vendors supelco). Does anybody familiar with it.

These standards are usually prepared by weight. The gas is bubbled through the liquid while on an analytical balance. After the flow is stopped, the container is sealed and the increase in mass gives you the calculated concentration of gas. (This is how individual labs prepare standards. The vendors may have a better system.)
