Anyone has this problem like I have?

I have an Agilent 7890 with PTV and an ALS. Everything seems to operate well except that when doing an injection, the final punch is rather slow, I mean the syringe moves down and up. The plunger is just normal.

My first thinking is that's due to the PTV Inlet.

Thanks for any suggestion.

You are right - the syringe has to go more slowly into the PTV if the inlet has a septumless seal.
