Need help on Lab Alliance HPLC system

we are going to buy a Lab Alliance HPLC system, but we don't know wheterh Lab Alliance is a reliable brand. If you have used that system, could you give me a suggestion? Thank you very much.

Don't get confused.
An Alliance HPLC system is made by Waters (www.waters.com).
A company called Lab Alliance also sell a HPLC system (www.laballiance.com)
