LC/MS/MS...which of them is better?

1- agilent 6410, multi mode esi/apci
2- applied biosystem api 2000, APCI
3- Finnigan TSQ-quantom access, APCI
4- waters tqd, z-source with apci

all of them are triple quadrupool since we are looking for quantitative analysis for narcotics traces in blood and urine

ur kind help is appreciated

Agilent 6410, i don't know the source robustness for your application...
API 2000, prefer to think about API 3200>OK
Quantum access> OK
TQD > OK

The API 2000 is a bit "long in the tooth" these days and is their oldest model (may have support issues in the future).

Considering they've released the 3000, 3200, 4000, 5000 and 5500.

Think about going for a reconditioned higher spec API instrument.

I fully accept JGK statement. You better look at ABI's 3200 or 4000 depending on your LLOQ & LLOD.
