Agilent 6410, i don't know the source robustness for your application...
API 2000, prefer to think about API 3200>OK
Quantum access> OK
TQD > OK

I'm interested of your feed back about Agilent if you test it to compleet my blog www.lc-ms-ms.com

Regards

The API 2000 is a bit "long in the tooth" these days and is their oldest model (may have support issues in the future).

Considering they've released the 3000, 3200, 4000, 5000 and 5500.

Think about going for a reconditioned higher spec API instrument.
Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

I fully accept JGK statement. You better look at ABI's 3200 or 4000 depending on your LLOQ & LLOD.
