Flashing HPLC with NaOH 0.1M

Hello!
Can I flash my HPLC system (Waters) with NaOH 0.1M? Without the column of course.

I am not sure if you can flash it or not, but you can certainly flush it with sodium hydroxide without issue. If you are ever in doubt of what you can or can not pump through the system, check the users guide, there is a solvent compatibility table in the guide.
