Does any know what's problem?
We don't even know what kind of instrument and control software.

Before any one can provide advice, you have to provide details about your problem.

I assume:

1. Your printer didn't run out of paper.
2. You didn't specify 1 injection/vial instead of 2.
3. Only half of your sequence was injected using "run and report"

Were you doing Duplicate injections from the vials? if yes are you reporting vial summaries only.

Have you checked the results for this sequence? Are all the results present? if yes reprint the results, if not you need to look closely at your injection sequence.
Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

Data may be buffered in the LAC/E - have your Empower sys. admin look into that (or at least get permission before rebooting the LAC/E to force a data transfer).

Your sys admin will appreciate it if you provide the exact name of the project and system used to gather the data that appears to be missing.

If your data was collected via SAT/IN and some is missing, check the message center under the "All" or "Acquisition" tabs to see if there are any red lines time stamped around when you were collecting data...
Thanks,
DR

I have Waters/ Empower 2. I am pretty new, so this might be too elementary:

1. Did you hit the Update button?
2. Is it possible you cleared the calibration curve and it isn't calculating?

Don't laugh - it can happen

Couldn't it be possible that your Project ran out of tablespace?

Very much possible
