My HLPC won;t seem to work at higher flow rates, It will not even purge/prime the lines as the flow rate is to high, it'll get to a point in pressure and shut off, when it is set to except these pressures. Any ideas?

Please detail your question!
What brand of HPLC system are you using? Is column installed? At which pressures you have observed pump shut down, etc

on some pumps there is a frit that when blocked produces a lot of pressure with a column or at high flow rates when purging/primimg.

it could be that a certain part of the tubing is blocked also.

or simply maybe the settings of maximum pressure for your pump are too low and it shuts itself because of that.

what is your pump brand?
