is my MSD have a problem??

lastely I noticed that my msd sometimes detcting my sample and some times not knowing that they are of same content!!
Today I tuned it and noticed that 502 gives so many peaks!!
Is this indicate a presence of problem??

You do not have enough sensitivity. Your 69 is too low so your 502 is just noise. Re-run an autotune and if your 69 does not come way up (along with your 502) then you need to start looking at some things. Your source might be dirty or your EM might be going bad. Autotune will greatly help you figure out the next step.

I retuned it again this morning and EMVolts is 1882, H2O 1.96%, N2 7.49%, O2 0.24%, CO 0.1%, N2/H2O382.95%. and many others information if u need it I can post it.

Your m/z 69 mass assignment is good but the abundance is really low. Are the peak heights of your samples about the same as they had been in the past? If your sample peaks are the same, I would think that you may have a stuck calibration valve or are running low on PFTBA.

Hi!
In edit tune parameters menu, open manually the PFTBA valve and click on profile button.
Check intensity.....normally, intensity will be ok.
I suspect that your pftba valve is not openenig when you are doing autotune.
What is the version of your msdchemstation?
