GPC Mass Recovery

How do you calculate % Mass recovery on GPC. We are running polyethylene oxide through out GPC columns and i want to make sure everything is coming out and not getting stuck to the columns.

Probably the simplest way to do this is to take out the column, inject and detect a standard at the flowrate used to run the column. The areas should be the same as if the column was involved.
