recently i m working with aspirin analysis with metabolite. i have a problem regarding the stabilty of aspirin in human matrix (plasma,blood). aspirin is continuesly converted in metabolite(salicylic acid).so how can stop it.?
in which solution aspirin is very stable ? And what stabilizer used in human matrix?
