hi everybody,

how r u? hope fine. i have a problem during analysis of Sevenseas syrup (Multi vitamin syrup). It contain vitamin A, D, E, Pyridoxine, Thiamine, riboflavin and Nicotinamide. Successfully i anlysis them by HPLC. but the problem is there i analysis them by different time. Vitamin A, D and E at one step and vitamin B-Complex in another step. So, i need so much time to anlyze them. is there any process to analysis them at one step by GC or HPLC.

Thanking you

Sharif

Are you saying that you cannot separate them chromatographically? Are you running them all on HPLC? Have you tried adjusting your mobile phase gradient/pH? You could probably get them all in one HPLC run, but it would probably be a long gradient. Might be faster to do seperate isocratic or shallow gradient runs.
