Please what is the possible contamination sources to m/z 271
I can't get rid of the interfernce peak at this transition :(

It's a long shot but maybe it is tetrachlorobiphenyl contamination...

Do you silanize your samples or otherwise derivatize them?

No idont silanize or do dervetization, just i extrct my samples using tertbutylmethylether to extract the analyte from plasma matrix
