Hi,

I am currently developing an Fl-HPLC assay for quantification of doxorubicin and epirubicin in plasma but I am having trouble with both compounds co-eluting. I am using a cyclobond 2000 column, MP 35%ACN :65% 50mM NaHPO4 at pH5.6, flow rate 1 mL/min and ex and em wavelengths of 480 and 560 respectively.

Any ideas?
