Does anyone forsee me having any problems analyzing peroxyacetic acid (pKa = 8.2) along with acetic acid on a C18 column with acidic phosphate eluent?

Why don't you consider IC, HILIC or even ion-pairing techniques?

However, at an (at least slightly) acidic pH and with a sensitive detector a C18 column may do. The questions is if you get sufficient selectivity?

I bet there are Application Notes available from other suppliers. ZIC®-HILIC has proved to be useful for carboxylic acids, see http://www.sequant.com/sn/ufiles/SeQuan ... 00-13A.pdf
