The computer that used to be hooked up to our GCs had the ceiling fall in on it. We got a new computer and copied the Total Chrom software from another computer. Now every time I run something at the end of the run an image file pops up with the report. If I am not near the computer and do not save the image file for an extended period of time it disappears. When the image file isn't saved the result file is corrupt. It appears in the appropiate directory but is blank. I have absolutely no clue how to fix this problem. The raw file is there and I can view and reprocess that but I would prefer to fix the issue. Please help.
