I have a question about ion extraction in Chemstation (Win XP). I determine about 30 compound by LC-MS (Agilent 6130) and I want to extract all m/z's. I can do it by File->Extract Ion command and fill in the table. Is it possible to save all ions in the table in file or I have to do rewrite the ions every day?
Maybe it is possible to extract ion by other command?

If your version of Chemstation allows for a Data Analysis component, add the ion transitions in your method (acquisition or quantitation), then save your method. This way each time you load your batch or your datafile, you will be able to get all your ions without having to extract them each time.

If you don't have it, then try this:
- extract ions as you have described (for a run or for a run within a batch)
- load signal details and add the mass transitions from the drop down list, to your method
-save your method.

Hope this helps!
