Our lab only has an API2000. I am looking at this assay that used an API4000 for detection. I want to know how big a difference these two detector models have. Does any of you know the difference in these two model's sensitivity range? The concentration of the component that I am interested in would be on the range of 10 to 5000 picogram level.
