Hello. I would like to ask my first question, or help request here. I am working on ThermoFinnigan LCQ Advantage, which is also equipped with the dynamic ESI ion source. Now I'm planning to set up a nanoLC (not include the pump and injector) to the dynamic nESI source for some proteomics work. So far got information from SGE Peptide Kit (kind of nLC starter kit, containing tubings, tee, loop, fitting, furrules, trap column, anal. column, etc.). Also heard people mentioning nLC system from Protana Inc. Has anybody had experience on those two systems or any other systems (companies)? I'd like to know how good/robust they are, the reproducibility, easy to install, maintain, flow control..., etc. before I go for sth. Any ideas and comments I would welcome. Thanks a lot in advance.
