Does anyone has experience in using the new TSQ Quantum Access (LC triple quad MS system) and TSQ Quantum GC (GC triple quad MS system)instruments? How are they compared to other commercially available products, like API4000, Waters Quattro Premier XE, Varian 320 GCMSMS, etc in terms of their sensitivity, robustness, etc?

Hi chhubert,

I just spoke to someone in pharma that has two quantum access instruments and he's quite excited about them both. He feels that it is as good as or better than the api 4000. I can't comment on the gc.

The GC quantum is the same as the LC quantum Acces.. There has jst been added a different source to it.. It is even possible to use the GC quantum for LC with very little work.. Changing of source.. Small changes in configuration of Xcalibur.. stuff like that.
Kind regards
