This is my first message posted here.
Does anyone have any experience on separating sulfated oligosaccharides, specifically tetramers and pentamers? I have been using a Phenomenex Synergi column, which is a RP polar embedded column. It has given me good results, but I am having difficulty separating out the various sulfonated pentamers.
The mobile phases I have been using are 30% KH2PO4, 30% MeOH, and 40% ACN as mobile phase A and 70% ACN, 30% MeOH as mobile phase B. I have added 10 mM Tetrabutylammonium acetate as an ion-pairing agent to both phases.
Thanks for any advice
