Dear All,

We are planning to buy a LC-MS/MS system for studies on Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinetics. Can you please guide me whether to go for Waters Micromass with TQ detector or Sciex API-3200 QTRAP System? How do they compare in terms of their Performance (quality of analysis) & Maintenance Cost? Is it good to go for a UPLC Micro ML 4.0 Qual or a conventional Agilent 1200 HPLC as front-end?

Thanks & regards,
DR. HARISH L. RAO

Why not try Agilent Ion Trap and Triple-Q? Agilent RRLC 1200 is also a good choice.
