C18 column swich from 65% ACN to 65% MeOH

C18 column swiched directly from 65% ACN 35% H20 to 65% MeOH 35% H20. Is it Ok for the column?

should be fine; your pressures will be less with ACN, and most likely your analytes will elute a little sooner with ACN if the percent organic remains the same
