What do you think, people? I'm searching for a method, but nothing on the articles. Somebody could give me some direction?

A 150 mm C18 column and a mobile phase of 35 % 65 % water (0.1 % formic acid) using ELSD for detection, works great. You could also use the USP or EP methods.

Great, thanks very much!
But I have no ELSD det on the lab. Is there other method?

Rather than list all the detection possibilities, one might ask what detectors do you have available? There are also some reports of derivitisation for GC compatibility.

Sorry for that ... I forgot it.Rather than list all the detection possibilities, one might ask what detectors do you have available? There are also some reports of derivitisation for GC compatibility.
We have only UV-Vis (PDAs) available in the lab, but we also have a FID GC too.
Thanks for all your help, people!!!
