28% Pennwalt 223

I have to run a manufacturers method for analysis of amines. It calls for a packed column with a packing I am not familiar with. 28% Pennwalt 223 + 4% KOH. Anybody know were I can buy this. I have checked several manufactures catologs and web pages, and figured I would give this forum a try before I started making phone calls. Any help with possible equivalents packings would be appreciated as well.
