hallo,
Can somebody tell me why I used MeOH to extract Aflatoxin obtained often more than 100% recovery (about 150%) than use ACN. The methode and HPLC system are the same. The peaks are also good, no signs of bad seperations. thanks.

What does your matrix blank look like? If you spike at two or three levels, and graph the area vs spike level, does it have a non-zero intercept?

my blank sample has no detection of alfatoxin. But it's a good idea to try with different spike level which I didn't tried so far. thanks.
