Preparative HPLC

We are planning to buy a Prep. HPLC for our Lab.
We are looking for a system with autosampler, fraction collector.
Flow rate up to 1000 ml/min. Sample loading from 1 to 10 g.
Can anyone give me details about a best Prep. HPLC system which is available in the market.

Varian and Novasep have a strong name in the market. Novasep may be more famous in industrial process scale.

You may contact some tech service engineers from varied manufacturers, let them give recommendations, get information and literatures, and do comparison on performance and price.
