Hi helpers
I have a problem with the detector. I am reading at 3 wavelength, 234, 280 and 300. and my chromatograms are not starting from 0 mAU, they start from 18, 210 and 200 mAU. I did the `review run for about 30 min. What could be the problem and how I could resolve it.

Thanks very much
Rachid Ganga

I assume you are autozeroing the detector sometime before the start of run. Check that the detector signal is actually stable at the time that the autozero is executed.

...stable at the lowest wavelength...
Thanks,
