I was wondering if anyone knew how to set up the calibration curve so I can have Area standard/Area ISTD as one axis and Amount standard/Amount ISTD as the other. I can't seem to find a way to set it up to do this. My other option is using a spreadsheet but I thought I would try this first.

Thanks

Andrew

Its not something that I'm althogther familiar with...new to ChemStation myself. But the first thing I'd ask is if you have selected the option for Internal Standards within the calibration settings?

I reckon this would be your first port of call.

The above reply from Anthony is correct. If you have a multilevel calibration table set up, select in the report style that you want to have an internal standard report. If you then look into the calibration table and look at the the calibration curve, you will see that the axis have changed to Area Ratio and Amount Ratio.
