I wanted to know the name of top 5 journals to publish our research findings specific to Pharmaceutical Analysis and impurity profiling?

the one i know is,

You may consider the Journal of Chromatography B. It is dedicated to chromatography applications or related things such as sample prep applications using chromatographic techniques. I think the number of application papers vastly exceeds the JPBA.

A good indicator of the top journals is their impact factor. Below I copy past the 2006 impact factor of the analytical chemistry category. As you can see the Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis is ranked #24 while the Journal of chromatography B is ranked #14. Having said that, this is an analytical chemistry ranking and not a pharmaceutical analyis ranking (the latter does not exist)...
