References about QTRAP

We have to purchase and LC/MS for a wide research applications in nuts. We have decided to purchase and ion trap or an triple quad. Now applied biosystems offers us and 2000 Qtrap system that combines an ion trap with and triple quad.


Has anyone references about this detector? Is easy to change detection in ion trap and triple quad?

If it is anything like the 4000 Q trap, then it is very simple to change. Everything is controlled throught the analyst software, and after a few hours of training from ABI, you should be good to go.
