I was wondering if someone could direct me to the most up to date method for running organochloride and organophosphate pesticides.

My matrix is finished baked goods and wheat products.

I've looked at the AOAC method and it is very dated. I'm interested in a method using a GC/MS or ECD and possibly using a microwave to extract the pesticides from the sample.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Been looking around a little bit more. Anyone use the Quechers method?

Looks pretty nice.

Haven't tried quechers yet, but intend to soon. Here is the website for the FDA pesticide analytical manual: http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~frf/pami3.html

A bit dated but a good reference.

Thanks! Looks like I have a lot of reading to do.
