Hi! Can please somebody tell me Book/other literature about column selection on the basis of analytes structure ,pka,molecular weight and other properties.
Was it too basic question to ask..I tried to look in column vendor website but it does not explain everything. I am new to this field so I will really appreciate if anybody can help me..I googled it but did not any much :(

Here are two guides we are offering for our columns. They are based on the properties of your compounds. It will ask you question and give recommendation on the column:

mk12, did you allready used the FAQ section of this site or done a forum search?
