Gradient system help

I am a beginner who work with HPLC and i do not understand how to run Gredient system. Can you show me some ways to do it or some documents involves with it.

Best suggestion would be to contact the manufacturer and get a User's Guide.

It's not a silly question, but it is out of place on the LC board (I'm moving it to the Student Projects board).

There is a tutorial on HPLC that includes a basic description of gradients here:

I would suggest you work through the tutorial from the beginning, because the discussion of gradients is refers back to isocratic concepts.
