There is a good service company that supports nearly all instruments and specializes in instruments that manufacturers no longer support. They have locations in nine regions across the US and will travel nearly anywhere. Here's the internet address:

www.fullspectrum-inc.com

We use them for our GC/MS's and I haven't been all that happy with them. My biggest gripe is they replace defected parts with used or rebuilt parts. But they are good for instruments no longer serviced by the OEM manufacturer.
