						We won't do your work for you but we'll help you find the answer.  Check the chromatography vendor web sites for information on the type of analysis you want to do.  Since you want to separate the Supelco 37 FAME mixture, the Supelco-Aldrich web site would be a good place to start.  If you're going to use a DB 225 column, you can search the Agilent web site since they now own J&W.  There is a lot of information available if you take some time to search.
