What is the typical pump cycle numbers expected for pump seals? I'm pumping either water or 22mN MSA.

I haven't done my yearly PM on the pump except for the check valves and I'm looking for a *general* life expectancy on the seals if anyone has the experience to share.

Thanks,

Also, could someone please explain to me the "Pressure Statistics" screen? (menu-8-7). I remember this from previous troubleshooting but have forgotten it's use in diagnosis of problems and I can't seem to find anythoing in the manual.

Specifically, the P-point Left and right numbers and the difference between the flow mode being on or off.

Thanks again and sorry for the x2 post

I've had one head of a GP50 last two years with no PM and the other on the same system last 9 months. My hydroxide based system requires new seals every six months while my carbonate system is done once a year but could probably go for another 6+ months. It's a gamble not to do one no matter what.
