are mAu and millivolts units interchangeable in HPLC in case of PDA detector?

You need to check, if the detector output is 1 V per 1 AU. This may be, or may not be. Look in the manual.

I assume from the context of the question that you have a PDA connected through some interface box. Check the configurations of each.
