You could at least use a couple of seconds to finish the sentence, in return for all this time you expect the folks on this forum to invest in finding an analytical procedure as required

i all ready tried on different pH but i am unable to get a good peak shape of cefdinir.i know that pH is not only the criteria to get good peak shape.
i check it by changing different column , organic solvents,diluent ,organic modifier , eventhough i didnt get good peak shape

People will be more willing to help you if you post all of the conditions of your method.
List the column, mobile phase, and sample concentrations and diluent.
