Have you considered searching the scientific literature?
If you have, and cant find anything, try searching the scientific literature for compounds of similar structure.
My wish for 2007 is that the lazy scientists (and I am using the term scientist rather loosly here) would stop taking the lazy approach to method development and take the time to read some portion the multitude of books and articles on general method development. As well another wish for 2007 that this same group would start using the library and internet resources that are out there for develpment of HPLC methods for the specific compound that they may be working on.
One can seldom learn and grow by just getting someone to tell you the answer, you learn by reading, experimentation, and undcerstaning the basic principles of the tasks you are working on.
Questions like this one the above just drive me crazy.
