Ion Suppression

I am a new user of LCMS but 10 years on using HPLC-UV,Flourescence and Diode Array.

From previous post (Neuger),ion suppresion was discussed. I am also having the same problem with Neuger since I'm working on LCMS to determine antihypertensive drug in plasma at a very low conc. (0.5ppb) using liquid liquid extraction. I am having difficulty as experience by Neuger regards repeatability problem and inconsistent recovery.

As mentioned in the forum,the article of Matuswewski et al.,Anal Chem 75 (2003),3019 discuss ion suppresion,can I had a copy of that? or other literature that discuss ion suppresion?
