H2 and other small gas analysis via GC&GC/MS

I need analyze H2, DH and D2. My Agilent GC/MS also has TCD and FID detectors. Some Agilent people told me it can be done, some say NO. Has anyone had some experience to do such job? Any hints will be great and appreciated. With MS, D2 may mess up with Helium?
