Hi,
My problem is to detrminate DHC (dihydrocodeine) and their glucuronides in blood samples by HPLC with fluorescence detector. Mobile phase is acetonitile:water (10:90) pH 3.1, washing phase is methanol 70%, column C18, excitation and emission wavelength are 295/330 respectively.
I need to find some internal standard under this conditions - codeine and morphine gives some peaks, but their retention time is the same that some endogenius compounds, or DHC... (3.3, or 6.6 min). Itcould be metoclopramide, but my patients obteinet this drug too, so it is useless. Do you know some good assay for detection of this drugs?
