Please give suggestion for the method development by hplc and gc
GC Use a Supelcowax 10 capillary. Avoid using higher temperatures for injection and column as you can debrominate the molecule easily. Other option would be a Equity 1701 capillary.

Use toluene or acetonitrile as a dissolution solvent.

LC A simple C8 RPLC column, or an Ascentis Phenyl LC column where you can use normal or reverse phase mode might be a good starting point.
