I've got a Dionex Spectral Array Detector DSA-1 and would like to connect it to a PC in order to use the latter as a recorder. Does anybody know if I need special cables or a PC interface or even a specific software for the data acquisition? I thank in advance whoever would like to send me information to this regard

Have you contacted your local Dionex rep?

What kind of HPLC do you have? Sounds like you are mixing and matching parts, so I'm thinking you need an A/D converter for the analog output of your detector. If you search the web for used instruments suppliers I'm sure you can find something for < $2,000.
