Hi professionals. I have an problem in shimadzu hplc lc-2010CHT. So below I am explaining about my problem.

Problem: In lc- 2010 cht shimadzu hplc as you al knew seal wash bottle is used in pump. So my problem is during when flow is given after few minutes seal wash bottle is filling with my mobile phase. So in this regard I have replaced plunger seals, diaphram, and plungers in pump.So after replacing above parts seal wash bottle dint fill for 2 days. But after two days again same problem was repeated . I am tottal exhausted now. Please give me what all can I do now.
Assuming the seal material is compatible with your mobile phase, it's likely that the pump head was mis-assembled. When you take it apart this time, check to make sure the piston is not scratched or scored. If it is OK, then you can replace only the seals. Follow the instructions in the service manual exactly; if you get the seal in crooked, or if you over- under-tighten the bolts, the seals will fail prematurely (I've made all three mistakes -- not all at the same time! ).
