Dear all,
I'm about to run a Rezex RCM-Monosaccharide column to seperate sugars (galactose, glucose and lactose), but I didn't find any literature about the maximum load and the injection volume of the samples..
Can anybody help me out?

Your english was perfectly understood, rather mine must have been poor. I tried to point out that the effort involved in a chain like this is about equal (but less educational) to a few simple experiments.
