Dear all,

I'm about to run a Rezex RCM-Monosaccharide column to seperate sugars (galactose, glucose and lactose), but I didn't find any literature about the maximum load and the injection volume of the samples..
Can anybody help me out?

How about that: You find out within ~ an hour and tell us.

use the good old 15% of the peak volume rule of thumb

Well, I see that my English is not the best: I wasn't about to run a HPLC, but getting some information to run it in a few days..

I think you're right. That would probably be the best..
I someone else has got experience in running a Rezex RCM-Monosaccharide column, please tell me.

Your english was perfectly understood, rather mine must have been poor. I tried to point out that the effort involved in a chain like this is about equal (but less educational) to a few simple experiments.

Alright, I think that I'm going to run it probably next week. I'm going to tell you then
